● Solder pot
     Gemini double wave soldering module is consisted of acid-proof stainless steel  pot, which is equipped with internal elements, pump housing and high stable motor.
Gear and wheels build onto the solder pot can be slide and makes maintenance easy.
    P.I.D. closed loop controls keep precise solder temperature. Designed to meet the Lead-free solder directives. 

● Finger conveyor system
     The finger transport system with a variety of fingers is available to handle PCB's or pallets. Easily removable titanium fingers make maintenance simple. Special designed of conveyor width adjustment can be repeatable and precise, a degree of adjustability that may perform all realistic soldering operations. A recycle liquid brush finger cleaner and inlet conveyor are provided as standard.

● Fluxer
      Easy to change fluxing systems. You may choose Foam, Drum or Spray Nozzle. Drum spray fluxer is standard equipped. The spray volume and pressure can be adjusted for each PCB's. Automatically counts the spraying time by encoder. In standard, the flux specific gravity meter measurement insures precise flux chemistries. The fluxer system can be comprised of either rosin-base or water-base (VOC-free) fluxes. 

● Pre-heater
     New type of preheating system with multi zone, Long Wave heater of stainless sheathe with fin, Forced convection. The unit is mounted on retractable railings. The pre-heater is equipped with an easy removable topside cover of heatproof glass. To ensure the various production and demands, including water-based (VOC-free) fluxes.

● Outline and Controller 
     The machine designed a modem outline with two hinged front doors and easy removable rear sliding doors. The control panel at the front side gives setting and maintaining quickly and easily. A weekly timer for solder pot heater is provided as standard. 

This machine is designed to  recover, on average, 70-80% pure solder from all wave solder dross as reusable solder. Uses no chemicals or other noxious substances.  10kg each time can be de-dross within 10 minutes. Available for all types of Lead and Lead free solders. Easy to use - less training is required for operator. Just use by side of your wave solder machine. The rapid payback will be over your imagination.
